What are you grateful for? Take a moment to write down 3 blessings or good things in your life or for the day. Now visualize those 3 blessings for 1-3 minutes. What do you see, hear, feel, and smell?
Reflect on all the love and positive things in that moment. Let us live a life of love and gratitude!
